Doctor Claudio
Estève is the fourth generation of vegetarians in
his family and the third of Naturopaths and Physicians.
Naturopathy could be
defined with the simple Hipocratic aphorism:
"Let your food be your
medicine …"
Nevertheless,
Naturism is a style of
life in which optimism and outdoors reign with a predominantly raw
rational feeding (ovo-milk-vegetarian, milk-vegetarian or vegan),
daily exercise or sports, and a mental state favorable to the
well-being of all.
Naturopathy has similarities with others sciences as the Ayurveda,
such as strictly avoiding any kind of meat, including sea fruits, the
purificatory process, the practice of aerobic and anaerobic exercises
and a spiritual approach to life.
Naturism
is as much preventive as curative, with high indices of recovery. Of
course, like any other medicine, it doesn't pretend to be "the
cure of all evils", and is proud with three consecutive
generations of medical instructors, and to differentiate itself from
those "answers to all evils" which are sold to patients at
a high cost for their health and finances.
Doctor Claudio Estève also works like clinical doctor and is
part of one of the few teams of Argentine doctors researching with
natural therapies in Argentina.
