Selecting Magnus Choir Presets in Sibelius v5.1

• SIBELIUS have a strange way to manage them, because seems always shows the default sound.  The way in version 5.1 is the following (The steps are marked with circles in red (i.e. I selected the #11 Choralis).
  
  Apparently, changing from Sibelius "FXP" icon don't work properly with several instruments of the market. It's probably an issue that Sibelius must solve. 
  
  Steps (Marked in red in JPG screen capture) 

1. Sound set: none

2. Send program change: click box

3. Program number: i.e. #11 Choralis

4. Click <Apply> button

5. The <prog No. box> must show "11"
