General Terms - Read Before You Buy

• All prices cover one single-user license, and initial delivery of the software and license.  When you purchase Plug-ins from Syntheway you are registering a personal license to use them. Once you have  a license, or have downloaded our free demo VST plug-ins, you are free to use them in all of your productions. When you purchase from Syntheway it is taken as agreement to the licensing. 

• IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please test extensively the demo version of your selected product (s) in your host to make sure there are no misbehavior before purchasing. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or provide refunds after registered program is downloaded.

• Just click the ' ADD TO CART ' Button that represents your VSTi/VST and complete payment information. You can purchase online using credit card, debit card, Paypal funds,  bank funds or e-check (No additional cost).

• For your protection, PayPal verify credit card information. The process normally takes about 30 seconds. When your information has been successfully updated, you will see a confirmation message and receive an email with  Payment Details and Transaction ID number. 

• After your purchase, when payment is received, registration is delivered electronically, usually less than 24 hours. You will receive an email containing registered download link and password protection. If you will not get the "Link to download" within 24 hours, please notify us about that!. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by these delays.

• Make sure your email account can accept emails coming from us (domain: syntheway.net). Also take a look to your SPAM folder. (More info about e-mail users) 

• Personal details are kept private and are never spammed.  Due to security reasons, we DO NOT store your Paypal information on our server. For Updates Syntheway uses "BCC" to protect your email address privacy.
